Please refrain from bringing extra guests with you to your appointment. If you must, I do ask they remain seated in the lobby.
Please do reschedule if you or anyone in your household is sick.
My Cancellation Policy..
Since I am by appointment only, and have a waitlist of guests waiting to get in, I will be enforcing a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Non-emergent cancellations within this time will be charged 20% of the missed service and a reschedule date cannot be guaranteed as I am booked weeks out.
You will be responsible for re-booking through my online appointment portal.
If I do not hear from you + you miss your appointment, you are considered a “no-show” and will be charged 50% of missed services.
Repeated no shows will be unable to rebook.
